Penrose Court’s Very Own Threshers Bar

Popular with all at Penrose Court is our very own Threshers Bar, fully-stocked and always waiting to give a warm welcome to our residents.

We encourage socialising in a variety of ways at Penrose Court, as part of caring for our residents overall wellbeing. Whether it's to enjoy a tipple with their fellow residents, or to celebrate an occasion with friends and family, our bar provides a great place for relaxing and having a chat. No matter what our residents and their loved ones favourite drink is, once all safety and allergy measures have been considered, the choice is completely up to them.

It's also a great place for hosting entertainment, as well as games and events like cards to bingo. These kinds of activities have long been interests and hobbies of our residents and when someone new joins our home, we go to great efforts to find out what they love to do so that we can incorporate them into our activities programme.

Our Threshers Bar has also been really well-loved this festive season, as residents and staff gather to share a drink, a laugh and some Christmas cheer. There is sure to be much more fun and celebrations at Threshers, as we see out the rest of this year.
