REGISTERED NURSES | COMPETITIVE RATE OF PAY

We are looking to recruit Registered Nurses to join our team.

The successful candidate must have good communication skills, be motivated to offer the highest standards of care and be able to undertake all appropriate aspects of nursing care required.

Responsibilities will include assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating care for specified residents to ensure continuity of care and to take management responsibility for a shift as directed.

Applicants will be qualified RGN/RMN and will have a genuine interest in working with the elderly. Excellent communication skills are essential and applicants must be able to communicate effectively at all levels in English. Current NMC registration is necessary and a satisfactory police check and check against the POVA list applies. Experience in care for the elderly and previous supervisory experience would be advantageous.

The position is for full-time nurses for the night shift and offers excellent rates of pay and a first-class working environment, coupled with being part of a motivated and enthusiastic team.

TEAM LEADERS | NIGHT SHIFTS

We are looking to recruit Team Leaders to join our team.

 Team Leaders will support training, induction, and supervision of junior and new staff members in providing excellent personal care to our residents’ daily needs.

Team Leaders will also administer medicines, and undertake the re-ordering on a monthly basis, as required in accordance with policies and procedures, as well as assisting in building relationships between staff and residents.

Team Leaders will also be expected to develop person-centered care plans, complete and update assessments, review the care plans monthly and organise and hold reviews with the residents or family members.

An NVQ level 3-5 in care is necessary for this position, as is previous management/supervisory experience. A satisfactory police check and check against the POVA list applies. A willingness to participate in Vocational Training Programmes would be advantageous.

The position is for night shift Team Leaders, full-time and offers excellent rates of pay and a first-class working environment, coupled with being part of a motivated and enthusiastic team.

SENIOR HEALTHCARE ASSISTANTS | NIGHT SHIFTS

We are looking to recruit Senior Healthcare Assistants to join our team.

The position will be to take charge of the shift and guide staff to deliver excellent personal care to the residents’ daily needs. Senior Care Practitioners will also administer medicines, and undertake the re-ordering on a monthly basis, as required in accordance with policies and procedures, as well as assisting in building relationships between staff and residents.

The successful applicant will also be expected to develop person-centered care plans, complete and update assessments, review the care plans monthly and organise and hold reviews with the residents or family members.

A satisfactory police check and check against the POVA list applies. An N/SVQ Level 2 in care would be desired for this role. In addition, previous supervisory experience working within an elderly care environment would be advantageous.

HEALTHCARE ASSISTANTS | NIGHT SHIFTS

We are looking to recruit Healthcare Assistants to join our team.

Your main responsibility will be to provide personal care for each resident, attending to their needs by recognising and facilitating the personal requirements of each resident. You’ll also be closely involved in the general activities of the home, and responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for residents, staff members, and visitors. Your daily routine will be as varied as the needs of the people you are looking after.

Applicants must have a genuine interest in working with elderly residents within a caring environment and a willingness to participate in Vocational Training Programmes would be ideal. Applicants should be able to communicate effectively and fluently at all levels and be comfortable working as part of a team.

Experience is required for this position and a satisfactory police check and check against the POVA list applies.

The position is for full-time night shifts, with a 2-week rolling-rota (no more than 2 long working days per week) and offers excellent rates of pay and a first-class working environment coupled with being part of a motivated and enthusiastic team.
